Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Car Shala.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the option of canceling their orders before they are dispatched. Once the order is In Transit, it can't be canceled. At the doorstep, the customer may reject the package.

There is a time window for canceling an order depending on the category and product, and once that time period has passed, the order cannot be canceled.

There are some cases where cancellations are not permitted for free, post the specified time, and a cancellation fee is applied.

Prepaid orders will be refunded in the event of cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances.

A cancellation of an order may be accepted by Car Shala at any time. The time window or cancellation fee may also be waived or modified from time to time by Car Shala.

Return & Replace Policy

There is no return policy available but if you get the product damaged or it has any kind of problem then it can be replaced.

Once a replacement complaint is raised, Car Shala will review it and verify its authenticity. If Car Shala is convinced the complaint is authentic, the complaint will be processed regarding the replacement. Please make sure to record the unboxing of the package after accepting the order. Inform Car Shala at promptly if a packet is damaged. Or give us a call at 7988611639. If you don't let Car Shala know within 48 hours, they won't be responsible if the order doesn't get replaced.

The item must be returned with the original invoice. If the product is not available at our store the prepaid order's amount will be refunded within 7-14 Days through online bank transfer or via check and the COD order refunded in a bank account.
